Return Policy
- Customers may return a product within 14 days of purchase.
- Returns are only acceptable if the product is not used/opened and in original packaging condition.
- Customised items are non-returnable.
- Home n Office accepts Return Request for the following reasons:
1. Exchange your item for different size/colour
2. Replacement for a wrong item ordered
Please note that you have to email us at enquiry@homenoffice.sg before proceeding with any exchange/return.
Home n Office will investigate your claim case, which will take 3-5 working days lead time.
Customer will bear shipping costs for returning items.
Refund Policy
- Upon receiving your item, we will inspect and notify you on the status of your returned item.
- We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the refund amount within 2 weeks, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies
- If your return is not approved, Home n Office Customer Support will contact you to ship back the damaged goods. Customer will bear the shipping cost for this shipment.
